Each Kassandra Liot piece is crafted by hand in our Madrid atelier. As part of our made-to-order approach, garments require dedicated production time before shipping.
We thank you for your patience and for supporting a slower and more thoughtful approach to fashion.
Pre-order
All pieces are produced on a made-to-order basis.
Production typically requires 1 to 4 weeks after order confirmation, depending on the complexity of the garment and material availability.
The estimated lead time is indicated on each product page. If additional time is required, you will be informed by email.
Shipping confirmation and tracking
Once your garment has been crafted and is ready to be sent, you will receive a shipment confirmation by e-mail, including a tracking link to follow the progress of your package.
Shipping times
Shipping begins once the garment has been completed and dispatched from our studio.
Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on the destination.
Note: The shipping times indicated above are estimates and may vary according to location and external conditions (customs requests, transport delays…)
Shipping delays
While we do our best to respect estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs procedures or transport disruptions. In case of delays, we will keep you informed by e-mail.

Customer responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct.
Kassandra Liot cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Shipping policy
RETURN policy
Each piece is crafted in limited quantities in our Madrid atelier. We understand that returns may be necessary in some cases.
This policy details the conditions and procedures for returns, exchanges and refunds.
Custom pieces
Custom garments created according to the client’s specifications (size, cut or design) are considered unique pieces.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, these items are not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Preorder pieces
All pieces are made-to-order and crafted after purchase confirmation.
Due to this production process, exchanges or cancellations cannot be accepted once production has begun, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Cancellations
As each garment is produced specifically for you, cancellations, exchanges or refunds cannot be accepted once production has begun.
Return procedure
If a product presents a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the order, please contact us immediately.
1. Contact our Customer Service: Send an e-mail to contact@kassandraliot.com with your order number, the reason for the return and photos of the product in case of defect or error on our part.
2. Return instructions : After validation, you will receive by e-mail the instructions for sending the returned product.
3. Product shipment: Once your return request is accepted, you have 7 days to return your item. Kassandra Liot is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to our studio to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that:
-Shipping costs and duties are non-refundable
-All returned items must be in its original condition : unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed and undamaged.
-All returned items must be complete with all original tags and packaging.
-The return must be sent in the original package. If the item is not returned in its original box, we will deduct the cost of packaging from the refund amount.
-All returns will be inspected carefully. Any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. Only Kassandra Liot can determine whether products are in their original condition.
Refunds and exchanges
If a item has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the order, please contact us immediately. We will propose an exchange, repair or refund, depending on the possibilities.
After receipt and inspection of the return, a refund will be issued within 14 working days via the original payment method. Initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
