All Kassandra Liot creations are handmade in our Madrid atelier, using couture techniques and produced in very small quantities or as one-of-a-kind pieces.
Production time is generally 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the design and size requested.
This time allows for cutting, assembling, hand-finishing and quality control — essential steps that make each piece unique. -

At Kassandra Liot, couture is not a category — it is a commitment.
Each creation is imagined, designed and crafted entirely by hand by the designer herself, from the very first sketch to the finished piece.
Every garment is born through a slow and intimate process: shaping, cutting, assembling and finishing the textile thread by thread, with absolute attention to detail.Couture, here, means time, rarity and intention.
It means creating pieces that cannot be rushed, industrialised or repeated endlessly — garments conceived as sculptural objects, made to be worn and experienced, not simply consumed. This approach is inseparable from our sustainable vision: we work exclusively with exceptional and responsible materials — rare silks, lace, crochet, and deadstock fabrics sourced from houses such as Nona Source — selected for their beauty, history and minimal environmental impact.

I am delighted to exchange with each client about her personal project, whether it is a couture dress, an evening piece or a modern bridal creation.
